	Fine Dining Garde Manger / Line Cook Positions CENTINI Downtown
	We currently have a openings for - Garde Manger - Experiened Line Cook Qualified candidates must be motivated self-starters with excellent communication, problem resolution, and organizational skills. Must be able to work cleanly, efficiently, and with respect for quality ingredients and careful attention to preparation. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service. We are looking for talented individuals who want to prepare real food from scratch the old fashioned way using the finest ingredients. If you have a passion for the culinary field and want to hone your art, we are a perfect fit. Requirements: 1-2 year of fine dining culinary experience. Advanced product knowledge. 	Kitchen - Pasta Maker/Pastry Production
	We are currently looking to hire a full time fresh Pasta Maker and Pastry Production person to join our kitchen team. The Pasta Maker is responsible for the preparation of a variety of fresh pasta. The restaurant makes its own fresh stuffed pasta as well as a variety of short and long pasta from pappardelle to tortelloni and ravioli. Pastry production responsibilities will include producing biscotti, dessert items for group menus, mixing bread dough and completing rolls, etc. as required by the pastry department. This is a full-time hourly wage position with benefits that can be a day or evening shift. The successful applicant: Must be able to follow directions and produce a consistent product. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work cleanly, efficiently, and with respect for quality ingredients and careful attention to preparation and consistent execution. Requirements: Training in the use of our fresh pasta making machinery will be provided. A positive, focused and meticulous approach to pasta and pastry making will ensure success in the department. 	Fulltime Daytime Dishwasher
	Centini Restaurant & Lounge is an established fine dining restaurant in downtown Calgary is currently looking for a full time day dishwasher & kitchen helper to replace a current employee who will continue his student travels. The restaurant is a positive, friendly, multicultural, team-oriented environment where everyone is treated with respect. The successful candidate will have a positive, "can do" attitude, be ready, willing and able to take on new challenges and take pride in their work. We can train the right individual and will hire based on skills and attitude. Dishwashing Skills: operate dishwasher to wash dishes and flatware. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. Scour pots and pans. Operate pot-washing machines. Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units. Assist kitchen staff in keeping kitchen area clean. Kitchen Helping Skills: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas. Remove kitchen garbage and trash, handle and store cleaning products, sweep and mop floors. Terms of Employment: Full Time, Monday through Friday daytime plus Saturday evenings. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible, no later than May 1st Wages: depending on experience, $12 hourly to begin. Benefits: eligible for full medical/dental after three months employment. Meals while on shift. Experience: Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required. The right individual could be trained for this position.
