	He's BAAACK!!! Beloved Maitre D' Gustavo Yelamo Returns to Centini (Feb/11)
	After a year on the coast, Gustavo wasn't quite ready to sink into retirement. He's now back in his familiar post at the front door greeting customers and treating them to his incomparable hospitality and charm. We're delighted and we know our customers are, too. Stop in soon to say hello to Gustavo and welcome him back to town. He will be with us on a permanent part-time basis and will commute back to the coast and his beautiful wife, Nadia.
